Service Agreement:

 

• All services provided by Mea Creo are subject to the agreed scope, timeline, and pricing outlined in our project proposals and invoices.

Payment Terms:

 

• Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Revisions:

 

• Any revisions outside the initial scope of work may be subject to additional charges. All changes must be communicated in writing.

Ownership and Rights:

 

• Upon full payment, ownership of all final deliverables will be transferred to the client. Mea Creo retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality:

 

• Mea Creo will treat all client information with the highest level of confidentiality and will not share or disclose any sensitive information without prior consent.
